What exactly does mmind.ai do?
mmind.ai supports SMEs in introducing AI – from first orientation through concrete tools to long-term strategy. Practical, clear and free of jargon.
Who is mmind.ai for?
For SMEs, leaders and teams who want to integrate AI sensibly into their daily work – regardless of prior knowledge or industry.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. mmind.ai is with you from the start and makes sure your team really uses AI rather than just knowing about it.
How does mmind.ai differ from a conventional consultancy?
mmind.ai does not deliver concept papers and then disappear. The team implements AI solutions directly, guides the roll-out and stays at your side afterwards.
Does mmind.ai only advise, or also implement?
Both. From analysis through prototype to implementation and ongoing operation, mmind.ai accompanies you through the entire process.
Where is the best place to start?
A good entry point is the AI Kickstart for executives or the Use Case Workshop for teams. Both quickly show where AI makes the biggest difference.
What is the difference between the AI Kickstart and the Use Case Workshop?
The AI Kickstart is a one-to-one programme for executives lasting three hours. The Use Case Workshop is for teams of up to eight people and identifies concrete AI use cases for your company in four hours.
Can we run a workshop online?
Yes. All workshops can be run online or on site – whichever suits your team better.
How many people can take part in a workshop?
The Use Case Workshop and the Process Analysis are designed for up to eight people. The AI Kickstart is a one-to-one format.
What do we take away from a workshop?
You leave the workshop with concrete AI use cases, a prioritised roadmap and compact documentation as the basis for your next steps.
Is our data safe with mmind.ai?
Yes. mmind.ai relies on solutions that keep data in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Your data does not leave your protected environment.
Does the AI train on our confidential data?
No. mmind.ai uses enterprise AI, where your data is not used to train public models.
What do we need to consider regarding the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act has applied since August 2024 and brings different requirements depending on the AI application. mmind.ai advises you on this in practical terms and helps you stay compliant.
Is using ChatGPT in a company compliant with data protection law?
The public version of ChatGPT is risky for confidential data. mmind.ai builds internal AI agents based on the same technology, but running in your secure environment.
Where is our data stored?
mmind.ai prefers solutions that keep data in the EU. Private cloud solutions are available on request.
What does getting started with mmind.ai cost?
The AI Kickstart costs CHF 590; the Use Case Workshop and the Process Analysis are CHF 1,900 each as a flat rate. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Are there grants or subsidies for AI projects?
Yes. mmind.ai has experience with EU funding programmes that can cover up to 50% of costs, and supports you with the application.
How are larger projects invoiced?
Larger projects are invoiced as an annual mandate or on a retainer basis. The price depends on company size and project scope.
Are there flexible payment models?
mmind.ai offers per-project, monthly and on-demand models – whichever suits your needs.
What is included in the price?
The package price covers running the workshop, documentation and recommendations. Software licences are taken out directly with the provider and belong to you.
How does a project with mmind.ai start?
Depending on what you need, with the AI Kickstart, the Use Case Workshop or the Process Analysis. A design sprint often follows, and then implementation.
When do we see first results?
Often after the first workshop. The AI Kickstart delivers assistants ready to use immediately; the Use Case Workshop delivers a concrete plan for the next steps.
What happens after the roll-out?
mmind.ai stays with you through regular check-ins, workshops and updates, so your system stays current and your team stays up to date.
Can we manage the solution ourselves later?
Yes – that is the goal. mmind.ai trains your team so you can work independently rather than staying permanently dependent.
What if AI is not accepted by our team?
Change management is part of the process. mmind.ai actively supports your team through the roll-out and makes sure AI is genuinely used day to day, not merely introduced.
Who is behind mmind.ai?
mmind.ai was founded by Hartmut Hübner, Phi Yen Oehri and Zeno John – a well-practised team with experience in AI strategy, implementation and technical architecture.
What experience does the team bring?
The team combines years of experience in company leadership, AI implementation, process automation and change management – from practice, not from textbooks.
Who is my contact at mmind.ai?
Depending on the project and focus, Hartmut, Phi Yen or Zeno will accompany you. With mmind.ai you are not buying an individual, but a team.
Does mmind.ai work with external experts?
