Our U over 90 days
One shared path. All formats are available in every month. We schedule workshops, training and coaching together.
Month 1
Listen and understand
Involve stakeholders, clarify the work process and design the target process.
Review after 30 days
Month 2
Decide and test
Test two specialist pilots, train teams and learn at the workplace.
Review after 60 days
Month 3
Embed in day-to-day work
Use coaching and Q&A, evaluate the impact and agree the roadmap.
Review after 90 days and final DMA
Before the pilot, we record time, rework and quality. We agree the goals and later compare the same reference cases. The final DMA adds to the assessment.

Keep learning after 90 days
Share experience, answer questions and develop your way of working in a targeted way. Both follow-on offers can be booked separately, with 30 days' notice. There is no automatic renewal after the first 90 days.

MMIND.ai runs the specialist tests and the technology partner runs the technical tests. We test at least ten agreed test cases for each pilot. There is no autonomous approval or change in business systems.

Your questions about AI transformation
What does an AI transformation cost for an SME?
The transformation partnership costs CHF 7'000 a month for three months. The project value, including the initial and final DMA, is CHF 21'630. With the EDIH.li funding shown, your own contribution is CHF 14'700, or CHF 4'900 a month. All amounts in CHF, excluding VAT.
How much funding is available?
The EDIH.li funding shown is CHF 6'930: CHF 6'300 for the partnership and CHF 315 for each of the two DMAs. That is 30% on the partnership and 100% on both DMAs. The funding requires eligibility under the EDIH.li programme. We check this before the project starts.
How many consulting days are included?
Around five consulting days a month are included, with preparation. They cover the consulting, workshop, training and transfer formats we schedule together: three team training sessions of four hours each, twelve hours of coaching or workplace support and twelve weekly Q&A sessions of 30 minutes each. The training is planned for up to 35 people in total, with a maximum of twelve per group.
Who needs to take part on our side?
Your management or board of directors, a core team and the teams affected take part. You contribute time and release test documents. Together we set the goal, core team, pilot cases, test criteria and the dates for the 90 days.
Which pilot cases are suitable?
Two possible pilot cases are document drafts with sources and searching internal knowledge with references. With documents, your team checks the draft and produces the final version. With internal knowledge, it checks the source and how current it is. We agree the selection and requirements with your core team. We take into account the benefit in daily work, data access and rights, implementation effort, and risk and checking needs.
Does the AI decide for itself?
No. The AI supports; people check and decide. There is no autonomous approval or change in business systems. Your company decides on approval of the pilot.
What happens after 90 days?
We evaluate the impact and clarify the roadmap and responsibility. There is no automatic renewal. From month 4, you can book "Learning and exchange" or "Transfer and further development" separately. Both follow-on offers have a 30-day notice period.

Who carries out the technical implementation?
