What the course covers

European AI

RheinTalent uses European Mistral models and, according to the project, runs on infrastructure in Germany.

Humans decide

AI prepares profiles, suggestions and conversations. It does not automatically reject people or make hiring decisions.

Beyond CVs

Skills, motivation, purpose and values complement professional fit.

AI and mentoring

Digital coaching is combined with personal support from experienced people.

Built in an EDIH

RheinTalent grew from open collaboration between SMEs and AI specialists in Liechtenstein.

Transferable

The approach can be transferred to other regions and labour markets.

The Apply AI Summit brings industry, policymakers, start-ups and research together. Its practical question is clear: how can trustworthy, human-centric AI strengthen Europe’s economy?

RheinTalent demonstrates this in recruitment. The platform helps talent and companies create meaningful profiles. Skills can be complemented by motivation, purpose and values. AI-supported coaching prepares conversations and decisions.

Responsibility stays with people. RheinTalent does not make automated hiring decisions or automatically reject candidates. AI suggestions remain explainable and correctable. Personal mentoring complements digital guidance.

RheinTalent uses European Mistral models. According to the project, the website, application and database run on self-managed infrastructure in Germany. The use case offers SMEs a practical route towards using AI in the regulated employment domain.

RheinTalent emerged from the EDIH.li “SME Tools” mastermind group, where SME representatives and AI specialists developed the solution together. At the Summit, we bring this experience to the conversations on “AI Act and Innovation” and “AI and Workforce”.
