Interview customers, users and other stakeholders. Listen before explaining your offer. What do they need, and which assumptions must you change? Bring a specific customer question to a case clinic. The group listens and reflects what it hears, without giving advice at first.

Seven group workshops and one personal mentoring session: the full programme

The EDIH.li Accelerator supports you from 18 February to 9 June 2027 with seven group workshops and one-to-one mentoring. You work on your own project throughout: customer interviews, prototype, business model and funding. The full programme has a full price of CHF 2,900. EU co-funding covers CHF 1,700, so your participation fee is CHF 1,200 per person plus VAT, paid once or in four instalments of CHF 300.

To join the full programme, apply on the Accelerator website. The programme lead decides in under 2 working days, and the admission comes with a confirmation and the invoice.
