Leading better with AI – yourself and your company

Introduction
Leadership is changing – and artificial intelligence is increasingly part of it. Whether as a sparring partner for difficult conversations with staff, for reflecting on strategic decisions or as a source of new perspectives: AI can support leaders in surprisingly varied ways today. But successful use begins not with the technology, but with leadership itself. In this course you learn how to use AI sensibly for yourself and your company – strategically, practically and with an eye on the future of leadership.

Course objective
Participants apply AI purposefully to their own leadership tasks, learn to review AI output critically and can initiate concrete steps towards introducing AI in their own company.
