Introduction
Using simple, real-life situations, this workshop shows how AI noticeably eases office work – whether writing emails, producing minutes or summarising text. You learn how ChatGPT can make typical office tasks faster, more structured and often more pleasant.

Course objective
You discover concrete ways to use artificial intelligence in the office and learn to apply AI tools purposefully to recurring tasks, creative writing or better organisation.
