Telling ChatGPT and AI assistants apart
You learn how an ordinary chat differs from an individually configured AI assistant.
Recognising suitable tasks
You identify recurring tasks where a personal AI assistant can genuinely support you.
Defining role and task
You set out clearly what role your assistant takes on and which tasks it handles for you.
Setting rules and style
You determine tone, working method, limits and requirements so your assistant reliably matches what you need.
Shaping output formats
You define how results should be structured and presented – as an email, summary, checklist or table.
Building your own assistant
You build your personal AI assistant during the course, test it and improve it step by step.
Introduction
Many everyday tasks follow similar patterns: drafting emails, summarising information, revising text or structuring content. With artificial intelligence you can now build personal digital assistants tailored precisely to individual needs. In this hands-on course you learn how to create your own AI assistant with ChatGPT – matched to specific tasks, ways of working and desired results. A general AI tool becomes personal support for everyday work.
Course objective
After this evening you are able to build your own AI assistant with ChatGPT that supports recurring tasks. You learn to define tasks, roles, rules and output formats clearly, and to shape your assistant so it can be used reliably and sensibly in daily work.
