You learn how to analyse and evaluate data clearly with Copilot in Excel, without writing complicated formulas.

Prompting safely and precisely

You practise writing clear instructions and learn which data protection rules and limits to observe.

Introduction
Artificial intelligence has arrived directly in your Microsoft working day: Microsoft Copilot supports writing, summarising, analysing and organising. Discover how Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel become more efficient with AI support – and how the right instructions save you time and make you more productive.

Course objective
Participants know the most important functions of Microsoft Copilot and can use them directly in their working day. They write focused instructions (prompts) that
bring real time savings in Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.

– Effective prompting: how to give Copilot the right instructions
– Data protection and limits: what may you enter, and what better not?
– Hands-on exercises with your own examples from working life
